At LIVFRESH, we want you to love your style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments back into their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label sent to your email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
